TRUE NORTH

True North is a home for personal and planetary transformation in Hudson, New York.
We explore creative intelligence, rooted in collaboration with each other and the Earth, to cultivate an environment which remembers the nature of all things.

Anushiik xwatchie Manitou, we begin by honoring and greeting the land through the original Munsee language. With a bow of reverence, we acknowledge that True North is located on the ancestral homelands and traditional territories of the Mohican, Mohawk, and Ramapough Munsee Lenape people who tended this land, among others. We name the original stewards of the land to elevate and amplify the true power of First Nations people in their rightful homelands.

We are a hub, incubator for visionaries, luminaries and creatives who facilitate experiences connecting us to ourselves, each other and the Earth.
As a multi-faceted and multi-generational vision continues to evolve we are called to share the space for a variety of  different purposes.

An 8,000 sq foot structure designed by Thomas Phifer. The Lighthouse, is a sanctuary to connect with one’s deep self through high frequency offerings that nourish mind, body and spirit. It serves as a gathering space and refuge for the cultivation of creative intelligence in alignment with nature.

The property spans over 400 acres of rolling hills, rivers, farmland, and forest. The Lighthouse can sleep up to thirty guests, with a beautiful all-glass exterior, indoor pool, sauna, theater, chef's kitchen, yoga studio, and a stunning glass pavilion with 360 views of the property our primary event space: The Sanctuary. In addition, the property includes an all-glass, two-bedroom guesthouse, a 5,000 square foot barn space that holds several artist studios, and ample land available for temporary structures to support larger events.
